Massage For The Chest

The chest region is quite strong, as it bears the heart. So, some care should be given while massaging this
area.
1. Work the upper chest area first, with your fingertips. Your motion should be generated outward towards either side of the body. Repeat for the lower chest region.
2. Using tiny circle motions, work right down the breastbone to the belly. The motion should get very very light, as it gets lower and lower.
3. Position your hands on the upper chest, with your fingers pointing outward, and press gently and glide your hands out of the body. This gives an idea of exiting tension.
